Membership Guidelines
Fresh Organics SWFL
New members must read and agree to these Membership Guidelines before placing an order.
· Each member will pay a membership fee of $30 per year, starting January 1st. January through April-$30, May through
August-$20, September through December-$10.
· New members will need to pay the membership fee prior to placing their
first order. This can be done either by check or through Paypal.
· New members will have a trial period of 1 order, should you chose not to
stay a member you will need to request a refund of your membership fee within
30 days.
· Produce order is open every Monday evening by 9 pm, produce orders need
to be placed by Tuesdays at 12pm. Orders are picked up Wednesdays 3-7 or
Thursdays 10-1.
· Members will pick up their orders in the designated time frame, unless arrangements
have been made with the coop Manager.
· If orders are not picked up and arrangements have not been made a $5
convenience fee will be added to the order total.
· If arrangements have not been made with the coop Manager and order is not
picked up within 72 hours, coop membership will be canceled, you will be
responsible for the cost of your order, and order will be donated to a local
needy family.
· Prices and quantities/weights can and will change. We are ordering
directly from the Distributor, if a product is sold out when the coop Manager
places the order then a substitution can be made which may increase the quoted
price, and/or decrease the quoted quantity/weight.
· When an item comes close to 75% being sold, Coop Manager will order that
item and split the remaining 25% among those that ordered that item.
· If an item does not come close to 75% being sold, that item will be
omitted from the order.
· If an item shall sell out, those who ordered first will receive that
item.
· Once your order has been sent you are obligated to purchase the items you
have selected.
· The produce is of the highest quality, it is inspected by Global Organics
prior to delivery and also inspected by Fresh Organics SWFL upon delivery, if
for whatever reason you shall become ill, Fresh Organics SWFL and any volunteer
or employee is released from any and all liability.
· We accept cash, check, credit or debit cards. If using a credit or debit
card a 2.75% fee will be added to your total.
· There will be a 15$ returned check fee should the need arise.
· Fresh Organics SWFL never sells or distributes your personal information.
All emails are sent as blind copies (BCC).
